You may own up to 3 houses per account

You will have account wide ownership.

Co-owners will have almost as much power as an owner, other than falling the home. (so becareful who you co-own!)

Only people with access may enter your home or use your doors.

You,co-owners and friends may bank from your home saying "bank"

You may either re-deed your home and bank the contents or demolish it and destroy the contents, you will then receive a full refund for your home.

House placement is done with the House Survey Tool which can be found on the architect vendor.

There is no re-deed fee.

90 day decay period on all homes that havent been refreshed.
